the base of the North Face slope near a small steam. The homes
central location affords access to the slopes only steps from the
front door while fishing and the fitness center are only a few
minutes walk in the opposite direction. This home has approximately
3,000 sq ft of living space.

The garden view floor boasts a king sized sofa bed next to a
romantic wood burning fireplace. Additional amenities on the garden
view floor include a bedroom with a double bed under a single bunk,
laundry room, full bathroom, and kitchen.

The main floor is designed with your family in mind, the bedroom
with two sets of bunk beds is designed to accommodate children with
a full bath just steps away, the sitting areas pot belly stove,
foosball table, dart board, and DVD/TV keep your family busy in the
evenings. The main floor also houses a second sitting area with a
pitched ceiling and cable TV, an updated kitchen, and a dining area
that seats 12 comfortably.

Third floor access is via a spiral staircase to a lofted seating
area, master bedroom with walk-in closet, and full bath with a
dressing area and adjoining powder area. The houses two wrap around
decks facing the north woods – one each on the main floor and the
garden view floor – allow for that morning cup of coffee in the
fresh mountain air.

Summer amenities include: Auto racing, basketball, biking, boating,
fishing, golf, horseback riding, hiking, miniature golf,
racquetball, rock climbing, swimming, tennis, weight training, and
white water rafting, etc.

Winter amenities include inner tubing, snowboarding, skiing,
sleigh rides, snowmobiling, etc. Available nearby are shopping in
the historic village of Ligonier or a visit to Fort Ligonier or
Idlewild Park and Soak Zone Park (family amusement park), Caddy
Shack Park , etc.
