Perfect for a couple or a small family of four and now with WiFi! One bedroom, one bath ground floor,corner-unit condo overlooking a large pool and beautiful patio and just over a block to the beach! This condo is located in the center of a small, quiet security gated complex called THE WAVES and is right down the street (about 400 yards) from the beach, many restaurants, and shops!
This cozy condo, only a block from the beach, sleeps two adults or a small family of four with a king bed in the master and sleeper sofa in the living area. Fully stocked kitchen with all the dishes, utensils and cookware for indoor dining or barbeque outside on any of the grills by the pool. The condo laundry facilities with coin washers and dryers are right next your unit.
There is assigned free parking but you won't even need your car, as
the beach, shopping, and great restaurants are right down the street! Wii-fi available at internet cafes and the library down the street! We love pets but unfortunately, the homeowners association forbids any pet on the property. We just want you to have a relaxing beach vacation!
We are looking for guests that will come back year after year to a
place they can call their winter home or year round vacation spot!
