Preserve on Lemon Bay, has three bedrooms, two and one-half baths,  
large lanai, laundry room, large pantry, granite counters in  
kitchen and master bath, fully furnished, including all linens.   
Master suite with queen size bed, has a waterview, plenty of  
closets,  
whirlpool tub and entrance to lanai.   
 
A pocket door can close off the guest area which has the second  
bedroom with queen size bed, the third bedroom with twin  
beds and a full bath.  Perfect for company.
