end or a combination of months including May, September and October. Get swept away in this gorgeous 
south-east corner duplex unit with spectacular ocean views and southern exposure.  It’s located in 
the exclusive North End of Ocean Grove, New Jersey.  

The condo has two bedrooms with plenty of closet space and sleeps six people comfortably.  One of 
the bedrooms even has a window seat with an ocean view.  There are 1 ½ bathrooms; a charming kitchen 
with custom cabinets and a 2nd floor laundry room and private storage room in the basement.  There’s 
also a huge exterior deck for sunning and relaxing.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

One block from the beach.  Walking distance to shops, restaurants, Asbury Park and NYC trains.  You 
will be able to enjoy watching the morning sunrise from the privacy of your own little get-away.

Activities and Attractions

Dining, shopping, walking and biking on the boardwalk, sun bathing and local town events.

Vacation Rental Rates

Memorial Day week-end through Labor Day week-end or any combination of months including May, 
September and October.  The cost for Memorial Day week-end through Labor Day week-end would be 
$15,000.00 which would include beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and bicycles.  Other months and time 
frames are negotiable.
