Look out over the bay and mangrove trees from the balcony of this
newly furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath vacation condo in the lovely Holiday
Island Resort located at the Fort DeSoto end of Tierra Verde on Tampa
Bay. Just three bikable miles from one of the top beaches in the
USA and the historic Fort DeSoto Park.
Two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a double, plus a queen
sleeper sofa in the living room allow for up to 6 guests. Fully
furnished with everything you will need for your vacation. Tile floors
throughout the unit give it a clean neat look. Cable TV in living
room and bedrooms.
The Holiday Island Resort offers a heated pool/jacuzzi, fishing pier,
boat dock, tennis courts, and a clubhouse with pool table, big screen
TV and gym. In addition there are gorgeous views of the bay and
surrounding isles. Laundry facilities are on the property.

Holiday Island is one of the last resorts on Tierra Verde before you
come to the natural, preserved areas of Fort Desoto. The famous beach
is just a couple of miles away where you can swim, collect shells or
take a ferry to outer islands. St Pete Beach is across the bridge
with its tourist attractions. A number of world class golf courses
are within a few minutes drive. Kayaking and scuba diving are nearby.
Only two hours to Disney World and 3/4 hour to Busch Gardens. Tampa
International Airport is 1/2 hour away.

June through Dec 15 2009: $550/wk $1400/mth
Dec 15 through April 2010: $825/wk $2500/mth (only January)
May through Dec 15 2009: $600/wk $1500/mth
Special rate for two or more month rentals.
A cleaning fee of $75. and an 12% Florida tax is not included in
above rate. A refundable security deposit of $200 is due when
reserving and the balance is due with cashiers check or cash
upon arrival.
