and Livingston, MT, the gateway to Paradise Valley and Yellowstone
Park. It offers incredible views of the Absaroka Mountain Range.
Built in 2002, this 3 bedroom/2 bath home is available for 3 months
of the year only, starting mid-June through mid-October.
It's secluded, private, quiet, truly "end of the road" 26 acre setting
is located particularly well for those outdoor enthusiasts who want to
have a unique Montana experience.
The owner politely requests a "no smoking" policy inside the
residence.

1 Queen bed master suite with extra futon, sitting area with TV
(movies only) and game table(DVDs, videos available)
1 bedroom with 1 queen and 1 full bed/ TV (movies only)
Washer/Dryer/Dishwasher/Essential stocked kitchen/CD stereo
Adobe-style fireplace in main house in a round kiva-like setting
Outside Jacuzzi,wraparound decks, grill
Separate Apartment over 2-car garage with full futon, fireplace,
sink, sitting area, refrigerator(used for the 5 plus person option).

No phone (must bring own cell phone), no cable or computer lines,

There are activities such as fishing ,hiking, white water rafting,
rock-climbing, mountain biking, bird and wildlife watching, shopping,
great restaurants, art galleries, scenic drives, historic sites such
as Virginia and Nevada cities, the Lewis and Clark Trail (contact
Bozeman Chamber for the current happenings in the area or for
information on guides,river access etc.)
This mountain getaway is located within 20 minutes of the famous
Yellowstone River and Paradise Valley, 40 minutes to Chico Hot
Springs, 55 minutes from the Gardiner entrance to Yellowstone Park,
15 minutes from the Bridger Mountain Range, 1 hour to Big Sky Resort
area and 30 minutes from the airport. Also nearby are the Gallatin
River, and trout fishing on the scenic Madison River. The
closest towns (15 min.) are Bozeman and historic Livingston.
