the stars at night through the telescope. Three story house, 1500+ 
sq.ft. and all the comforts of home. New flooring throughout and a 
new hugh Hot Tub to relax in and take in the sights and sounds of 
the roaring surf. Great central location, walk to Factory Outlet 
Mall and within a few miles of a Grocery store, restaurants and 
specialty shops.

Vacation Rental Rates

High Season: May 15th - September 15th - $225.00 per night

High Season includes these holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New 
Years, Valentines and Spring Break.

Low Season: September 16th - May 14th - $200.00 per night  

Reservations must be secured with a major credit card with minimum 
$150.00 payment at time of booking. Final balance is due 30 day prior 
to arrive.

We reserve the right to access client card for damages to the 
property.

Policy is NO Refund, NO Change, No Cancel!
Reservation agreement requires the responsible party be age 25 or 
older.

Check in time is 3:00 pm. Check out time is 12:00 pm
