community for people over the age of 55. The home is light and
bright with vaulted ceilings. The bedrooms are carpeted. Each room
is tastefully decorated. There is a screened lanai where you can
watch the wildlife and birds. The home is complete with cable, 3
television and 2 DVD players.

Gated community with beautiful landscaping, tennis, shuffleboard,
HUGE HEATED POOL with jacuzzi, clubhouse, exercise room, library,
restuarant, proshop, 27 holes of golf. Many activities and
social events. Quiet, peaceful setting yet close to major highway,
shopping, Tampa/St. Petersburg, beaches and Orlando.

There are 27 holes of golf, tennis, shuffleboard, HUGE HEATED POOL
with jacuzzi, restaurant and bar in club house with activities for
everyone.

The clubhouse includes a large library with computers, billiards,
and exercise rooms. Full-time activities director keeps a full
program going all season, which includes cards (various types of
lessons and playing), dancing, knitting, crochete, book clubs,
Italian American Club, bus trips to various places (Performing Arts
Center, Fishing, etc.) and more.

The rate for May through November is $1250.00 per month. The rate
for December is $1500. January through April is $2200 per month. This includes all utilities and yard maintenance and trash pickup.

There is a $85.00 fee to join the community center so that you will
have use of the pool, jacuzzi, exercise room, library, pool tables
and all other amenities. This includes discounted golf. Taxes
for this area total 9% per month for rentals that are under six
months. Cable television is included as
well.
