The Outlook in Lake Norman

The Outlook is perched among trees and beautiful foliage, and offers
a breathtaking view of Lake Norman's main channel. The expansive
deck is the ideal setting to sit back and enjoy the serenity of the
area and listen to the water babble along the rocks in the fish
pond. Guests can also enjoy the use of outdoor hot tub, gas grill
and boat slip.

Inside, a spiral staircase leads upstairs to a fitness, game and
television area, as well as two bedrooms. One of the upstairs bedrooms
offers queen sized bed, and the other offers a king sized beds and television.  The third bedroom is located on the main level of the house and offers a twin sized bed.

Provided with the kitchen is cookware, dinnerware, utensils,
range/oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker. The Outlook also
has large screen TV, DVD, satellite TV, telephone, washer and
dryer, and fireplace.

Pets are ok with non-refundable pet deposit.

The Outlook is located directly adjacent to the Lake Norman Retreat
(Listing #22000). The two houses work ideally together for very
large parties needing lots of space.

Boating, swimming, hiking, close to golf and spa facilities

Peak Season - May through September. 4 night mininum. $1850 per
week

Off Season - October through April. 3 night minimum. $1500 per
week.

Holiday and Race Weeks - $2,400 per week

$300 refundable security deposit, 7% NC lodging tax and
cleaning fee ($100 with linens, $75 without linens) also applicable.
