home built by a Sea Captain has the wonderful ocean charm that you

Even throught you are across the street from the beach your
view is incredible. And with a easy low bank beach access enjoy
the many miles of sandy beach and the tidepools near by.

This home can accommodate 8 to 9 people, children are
always welcome.
As you enter the living, dining and kitchen
area, a wall of windows greet you. This large room is just
perfect for families. It features a wood fireplace, TV, VCR.
The kitchen is equipped for 10 with a microwave, dishwasher,
coffee maker.
There are two bedrooms with a queen bed and 1 with a double on the main
level and a full bath.
Upstairs is another bedroom with a double bed and in a loft
area is 3 twin beds and a crib. Also a half bath on this floor.
Parking for 3 cars

Many activities await you in Lincoln City.
However the main attraction is this wonderful beach.
The factory stores are just a mile north.
The casino is about 5 mile north.
There are several golf courses close by.
Visit the many antique shops.
Or just have a fire on the beach at sunset.

Summer and Holiday Rates: $205.00 per night with 7th night free
Winter Rates: $160.00 per night with 7th night free.
Rate Notes: $100 refundable damage deposit when home
left damage free. 10 1/2% room tax not included.
Cleaning Fee: If you want to clean the home there is no charge or
if you would rather not clean, the charge is 70.00.
