Vacation Rental Description

     Whether you are spending a weekend ot a week, this vacation 
home built by a Sea Captain has the wonderful ocean charm that you 
have been looking for. Marvel at the many hand-crafted wood carving 
inside the home.
     Even throught you are across the street from the beach your 
view is incredible. And with a easy low bank beach access enjoy 
the many miles of sandy beach and the tidepools near by.
     Enjoy the wrap-around deck with benches and the BBQ.

Vacation Rental Amenities

     This home can accommodate 8 to 10 people, children are 
always welcome. As you enter the living, dining and kitchen 
area, a wall of windows greet you. This large room is just 
perfect for families. It features a gas fireplace, TV, VCR.        
     The kitchen is equipped for 10 with a  microwave, dishwasher, 
coffee maker.  
     There are two bedrooms with one queen bed each on the main 
level and a full bath.
     Upstairs is another bedroom with a double bed and in a loft 
area is 3 twin beds and a crib.  Also a half bath on this floor.
     Parking for 3 cars

Activities and Attractions

     Many activities await you in Lincoln City.  
     However the main attraction is this wonderful beach.  
     The factory stores are just a mile north.
     The casino is about 5 mile north.
     There are several golf courses close by.
     Visit the many antique shops.
     Or just have a fire on the beach at sunset.

Vacation Rental Rates

Summer and Holiday Rates:    $200.00 per night with 7th night free

Winter Rates:     $155.00 per night with 7th night free.
                  
9% room tax does apply

Cleaning/damage deposit is $100.00.  When home is left clean
and damage free the $100.00 deposit is returned to you.
If you choose not to clean, the charge is $70.00. This is a smoke free home.
