its hospitality and Southern Charm. Savannah is visited each year by 
millions of visitors from around the world. Savannah's downtown area 
is the largest National Historic Landmark District in the United 
States. There is great history and culture that carry on to the 
present day.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This newly remodeled and upgraded Carriage House features: Sleeping 
accomodations for six, cable television upstairs & downstairs, 
internet service and telephone. The Master Bedroom features a king 
sized bed, armoire with cable television, wardrobe closet and full 
balcony overlooking the courtyard. The Second bedroom has a walk in-
closet, full sized sofa sleeper & chest of drawers. The Bathroom 
features a pedestal sink, new tile, bath & accessories. The living 
room has a king sized sofa bed, cable television and internet 
service and phone. The Kitchen features a microwave, oven and full 
stove cooktop, coffee maker, china service for four & granite 
countertops. There is imediate access to the courtyard with fountain 
and stainless steel BBQ grill. The Carriage House has central 
heating and air conditioning and a one car garage.

Vacation Rental Rates

Beautiful historic Carriage House built in 1848, rennovated in 2007. 
Rates are $225 Per night with a 3 three night minimum stay. 
Refundable Security deposit ($200.00) and cleaning fee ($100) apply.
