Reel Easy- For the serious fisherman... in Little Torch Key

This is not a "cookie cutter" rental house, this is our home that we
enjoy sharing with select individuals. It is furnished nicely, and
cleaned and cared for by the best. Email us and we will show you
another web site with more details and pictures. Most importantly, it is
located on the ocean side of the key on a huge channel where you have live entertainment with fishermen, windsurfers, jet skis and kayaks. Who wants to
look at someones back yard or a bunch of mangroves? This is your
vacation of a lifetime.....You just don't know it yet!

The first thing you notice upon entering the Reel Easy is the
colorful walls and custom hand painted themes for each room.

The kids go CRAZY over the "fish room" and "star room." It
gives you a feeling of being in a tropical resort. As you walk out
onto the large 2nd story balcony, you will be amazed by the view.
You can see for miles over the open-water bay, blue skies and
crystal clear water. At night you can see tarpon circling and flashing their
silver sides as if to say "catch me if you can." A large "T'shaped dock allows you to
catch grouper, shark and snapper at night or day, as it is automatically
lighted to attract fish in the evenings. The back yard is a sandy
beach and you can walk right down into the water to snorkel, swim or
dive. A large in-ground jacuzzi is at the bottom of the stairs to
enjoy warm or cool. Quite simply, the Reel Easy is unforgettable.

Regarding the serious fisherman, 400 LB ice machine, marina close by, 
12000 LB boat lift, custom fish cleaning
station (with power and water) on dock, Full standing freezer in storage room for chum,
bait or your catch of the day.
Just for fun,  2 man kayak, ping pong table, BarBQ grill with
extra tank. OBrien 2 man tube for pulling behind boat.
Outdoor furniture upstairs on balcony (high top seating) and downstairs by jacuzzi.
Kids sand toys and indoor games for all. Large hammock for napping.
Wall mounted Big screen TV in living room and master bedroom, WiFi, cable TV in every
bedroom. Movies provided. Cable TV, Poker Table, chips and cards.
1 King in master, 1 double, 1 twin in each bedroom. Kitchen/loaded,
all linens, towels, etc. washer/dryer incl. Blow dryer, curling
iron,coffee, shampoo, body wash, detergent is all
there. We have even taken the priviledge of stocking the pantry with
standard non-perishable items and spices.
Notebook with local menus and suggestions of fun activities for your
family. Just read the "guests comments" It pretty much tells it all.

I don't know why you would want to leave the house, but.....Key West
is only 35 minutes away for great food and entertainment.
Duval steet provides a day of shopping for unique gifts and art
museums are everywhere. Don't miss the nightly free sunset
celebration at Mallory Square, food, circus acts and vendors.
Across the bay from the house, Big Pine Key has snorkling and dive
trips, glass bottom boats and all types of charter fishing. Stop at
the Key Deer National Wildlife refuge, it's the only place you will
see a rare Key deer. At the end of your street there's Dolphin
Marina which gives ferry boat rides every hour to the exclusive
Little Palm Island. Various restuarants and sports bars are within
10 minutes of house. Remember, maps and menus of our favorite places

Mini season, fantasy fest, holidays and regular lobster season rates are
slightly higher. Look at my calendar, I try to update it weekly.

A refundable security deposit (minus $150 cleaning fee and $150
utilities) will reserve your dates. Balance due and deposits go non-
refundable two months prior to rental date.

***Pro-rated refund upon evacuation for a hurricane. Of course we will not keep your money if you get run off by the weather!

***Pets are accepted on a case by case basis for an additional fee.
