Our condo is located just 1/2 block from the entrance to Pompano Beach. This ground floor unit is situated in one of two smaller bungalow style buildings on the property.  It has been recently renovated, so all is fresh and new and we take pride in cleaniness!

This is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the swimming pool or venture out for activities.  There is something for everyone to enjoy here.  No need to squeeze the family into a hotel room when you can feel at home in this immaculate 1 bedroom 1 bath condo. It offers all the amenities of home....only it's at the beach!!!

There is a full-size kitchen, not a kitchenette.  A full-size refrigerator with ice maker, so there is no need to buy ice to keep your food cold in a cooler.  The kitchen also comes equipped with an oven, stove and microwave.  It has everything you need; dishes, utensils, pots and pans, coffeemaker, toaster, teapot, dish towels and soaps.

Having a well-equipped kitchen with appliances means you can cook anything from gourmet food to macaroni and cheese, so you control your food budget. There is also a picnic area, just a few steps outside, with 2 gas BBQ grills so you can enjoy outdoor BBQ cooking.

The living room features a full size Sofa Sleeper, a new flat screen TV, DVD, WiFi and a stereo system.  Air conditioning will keep you cool even on those HOT south Florida days.

The Master Bedroom features a queen size mattress, ceiling fan, a large walk-in closet and air conditioning.  A large dresser and mirror also compliment the room.

You will also appreciate the reserved parking space conveniently located close to your condo.
 
Our condo is non-smoking & unfortunately pets are not allowed.

Pompano Beach - located just 1/2 block away (about a 3 minute walk) is the entrance to the beach. Look to the north and you will see the famous  Lighthouse point.  Look to the south and you will see the 1000' fishing pier.  If you enjoy fishing, boating, swimming, diving, snorkeling or surfing, then Pompano Beach is the ideal location for you. If all you want to do is sit back and relax, you will love our 3.5 miles of sandy white beach where you can take a stroll or sit and enjoy the cool breezes and gentle waves of the Atlantic Ocean. 

Pompano Park Racing - Pompano Beach offers exciting racing, pari-mutuel betting and poker at Florida's only harness track, Isles Casino - Pompano Park Racing, located at the corner of Powerline Road and SW 3rd Street.  The park features live harness racing during the season. The Casino, Simulcast harness and thoroughbred racing as well as Jai Alai from over 20 venues across North America are open year around. 

Butterfly World - The family will not want to miss seeing beautiful Butterfly World, located in Tradewinds Park, 3600 W. Sample Road, just west of Florida Turnpike.  Hundreds of different types of colorful butterflies soar freely in a walkthrough, screen-enclosed, tropical rain forest that includes a butterfly breeding laboratory, insect museum, gift shop and outdoor café.

Pompano Beach Munipal Golf Course - Pompano’s Municipal Golf Course consists of two 18-hole championship courses; The Palms and The Pines. Surrounded by beautiful woodlands, this is the closest championship golf course to the beach conveniently located only 1 mile away, at NE 14 Street and Federal Highway (US1).

Pompano Beach Air Park - The Pompano Beach Air Park is home to the Goodyear Blimp "Spirit of Innovation" and serves the general aviation needs of Broward County.  The airport provides a multitude of general aviation services including: flight training, aircraft rental, air taxi/charter, scenic rides, air ambulance, aerial photography, mapping and surveying, and search & rescue.

Pompano Beach Ampitheater - located at 1806 NE 6th Street, is a favorite destination for South Florida concertgoers. The open-air venue hosts a variety of popular music acts ranging from alternative to blues to classic rock. The ampitheater holds up to 2600 fans in permanent, stadium-style seating. A standing room area sits at the top of the seating area to accommodate more fans for sell-out shows. For larger events and festivals, additional stages can be set up on the adjacent grounds to accommodate up to 10,000 spectators. Free parking and a full line of food and drink concessions are available.

The Security Deposit is due upon booking. The rental fee plus cleaning fee are due upon arrival.  The security deposit is refundable upon checkout provided there is no damage.  Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM. Cleaning services available on a weekly basis for an additional fee.  No refunds less than 30 days prior to arrival.
