Vacation Rental Description

This fully furnished condo is located 1/2 block from the beach and 
A1A. Beach access is right across the street. This ground floor unit 
is located in one of two bungalow style buildings on the property. A 
conveniently located BBQ area and heated swimming pool are just a 
few steps from the front door.  The condo comes with a queen size 
bed, a sleeper sofa, a large walk-in closet, full kitchen with 
appliances, and everything you need to enjoy a day at the beach. 
Recently renovated, so all is fresh and new and super clean!

This is a non-smoking condo & pets are not allowed by Condominium 
Association.

Fully Furnished:
- Queen size bed in bedroom.
- Full size sleeper sofa in living room.
- Stove, Refrigerator, Microwave, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Blender.
- Dishes, Utensils, Cookware, Glasses, etc.
- Linens, towels, and soap are provided
- Beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels 
- Stereo / CD Player
- Comcast Cable TV.
- High speed internet (optional)

Mid-Mari Condo is located at: 3230 NE 13th Street in Pompano Beach. 
One block south of the NE 14th Street Causeway, between the 
intracostal waterway and A1A.

No tax on 6 month stay or longer.  A Security Deposit is due upon booking and the full amount due 
upon arrival.  The security deposit is refundable upon checkout (minus the cleaning fee) provided 
there is no damage. Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM.  Cleaning services 
available on a weekly basis for an additional fee.  No refunds less than 30 days prior to arrival.
