Vacation Rental Description

Villa Kokopelli is a caribbean pink, West Indian designed home 
beautifully decorated with Danish antiques complimenting comfortable 
southwest-style furnishings. Spectacular oceanviews of Green Cay 
Marina, Buck Island, and charming Caribbean coves dotted with 
graceful sailboats delight your senses from every room. The covered 
arched gallery, swimming pool, and tiled patio is virtually an 
extension of the living area, separated elegantly by walls of 
mahogany French doors. Each of the four bedrooms has its own bath 
for ultimate privacy.

The quaint fishing harbor town of Christiansted, only one and a half 
miles away, offers excellent boardwalk dining and shopping. 
Beautiful sandy Shoys beach is minutes walk from the house and 18-
hole golf and tennis are available next door at the Buccaneer Hotel, 
one of the great resorts of the Caribbean. Also, the 18-hole 
championship Robert Trent Jones Golf Course, CARAMBOLA, is quite the 
challenge!

Easter Week:        $3000/week

Special Summer Rate 2006:  July 1 - Oct. 31:  $2400/Week
