complex.  It is located on a canal that leads to the Gulf of Mexico.

restaurants, the Pinellas Bike/Walking Trail, across from St. Andrews  
Links and Dunedin Golf Course.  Close to grocery/convenience store, and restaurantsand shops of  
historic downtown Dunedin.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates are weekly.  We will consider monthly off season.  Call for information based on length of  
stay.  1 week is approximately $800 inclusive of taxes (off season is less).   
The accomodations include 1 bedroom and 1 additional room that is a  
Florida room with a 2 single beds that can convert to a king bed.  The room can  
be closed off for privacy with a sliding glass door and/or curtains.
