This adorable (2) bedroom HOUSE is located (2) short blocks from the sandy beach of the  
Pacific Ocean in famous Pacific Beach. .  
Newly decorated tropical "Tommy Bahama" style house has all hardwood floors.  Quiet!!   
This property is designed for family vacations!!  I have taken great attention to details and  
provided you with all your vacation needs. 
Also, I have another (2) bedroom house right next door to this house for Family  
Reunions...Grandma/Grandpa with the kids in one house you and your brothers and  
sisters in another house right next door....Available now June, July and August.

Beautiful, gated, beach community cottage. Tropical green grass area for kids, pets, and  
BBQ's. Plenty of area for dogs to play that  
is all gated/fenced. Huge Patio area for BBQ, sun bathing, reading good books,  
or just visiting with family and friends. Clean, Clean, Clean!! (1) extra parking space in rear  
of property ($50). 
Large patio great for outdoor eating or morning coffee. Fun in the sun and BBQ under the  
stars with our tropical nights.  
 
San Diego has it all...Sea World, Zoo, Wild Animal Park, Knott's  
Soak City, Historical Landmarks, Parks, Museums, Gaslamp Quarter  
(Shopping, Restaurants, Dancing Clubs), Petco Park (Baseball),  
 SDSU Campus, and UCSD Campus.

Amenities: Hi Speed Internet access, Phone, HGTV,  CD Player, Full Kitchen,  
Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Cooking utensils provided,  
Linens provided, Coin Washr/ Dryer on site, Gas Grill (BBQ),cool beach cruiser bikes  
available for free, beach gear provided (boogie boards, great beach chairs,  
big beach towels,beach mats,ice cooler on wheels) easy tote to  
beach. I also provide soap, shampoo, toilet paper. paper towels and  
napkins. We are very pet friendly. This is a non-smoking property.

Balance due (60) days prior to check-in.
