A Security Deposit of $500.00 required for confirmation ($1,000 for the entire house) that will be refunded and mailed within 15 days of departure date after inspection of the premises.
$100.00 Cleaning Fee required with all rentals. $200.00 for entire house
Full payment due 15 days prior to arrival, including Security Deposit
and Cleaning Fee.
