Golf Course Villa @ Wyndham Rio Mar Resort in Paradise in Puerto Rico

Located on the magnificant grounds of the Wyndham Resort in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico, the Rio Mar Village community is a first class
private vacation villa experience. Each villa overlooks the golf
course with views of the ocean and the tropical rain forest. Your
villa is your key to tropical paradise in the Caribbean.

Your private villa is surronded by rich, natural woods, Italian
tile, plush fabrics and preferred amenities surround each guest with
privileged comfort. The villa is located on the third floor
(penthouse) with high catedral ceilings.

Your villa includes a master suite with a queen size bed and futon
for additional guests. The master suite contains a walk in closet,
oversized bath and private bathroom. The suite includes all
amemities that you would expect from staying at the Wyndham Resort
without paying the hotel prices.

An almost endless choice of vacation pleasures awaits your desire in
this private 500-acre beachfront enclave. You may not be able to do
it all in one day, but you can do it all in one place.

Nearby, you'll find vcr/dvd rentals, a large and modern grocery 
store, drug store and wonderful local dining.

including the cascading waterfalls and the rivers of El Yunque 
tropical forest, horseback riding on the foothills of the majestic 
El Yunque and the beach, Bioluminescent Bay night kayak trip, catamaran snorkeling excursion, Old San Juan tour, deep sea fishing and the dramatic Camuy caves.

The Wyndham Rio Mar has two world class golf courses, the beach
course and the river course.

Ocean Course
Atlantic panoramas, ocean breezes and iguanas play along the entire
6,782 yards of Tom and George Fazio's Ocean Course. One of Puerto
Rico's most popular courses, its classic layout features four sets
of tees, numerous bunkers and elevated greens. The signature 16th
hole, an oceanside par 3, 238 yards, always rates among the
Caribbean's best.

River Course
Greg Norman's first Caribbean design rolls 6,945 yards along the
Mameyes River, framed by vistas of mountains and sea. Norman
preserved native foliage and let the natural terrain determine
placement of all holes. Ideal for players of all skill levels, the
design features wide fairways, open greens, shallow bunkers and
light rough. Typical of Norman's courses, all 18 holes can rate the
title of "signature."

$1,900/week
$285/night (minimum 5 nights)

Summer (April 16 -Oct 31): $1,400/week
$200/night (minimum 5 nights)

A 12% Tax will be added to all rentals.

Reservations are confirmed with 40% deposit. Balance due 45 days 
prior to arrival to the villa. All payments in U.S. funds by check, 
credit card, money order or wire transfer. 

Cancellation Policy: The following cancellation penalty percentage 
charges will be assesed of the total rental fee: 

Up to 60 days prior to the arrival date - 20% penalty 
Between 45 and 60 days prior to the arrival date - 40% penalty 
Less than 45 days prior to the arrival date - 100% penalty
