Vacation Rental Description

This gorgeous fully furnished 5 bedroom 3 bath heated pool home is 
the perfect location for the your entire vacation or Equestrian and 
Polo season. 

The master bedroom has king-size bed, second and third bedrooms 
have a queens, and the fourth has two twins.(Note: 5th bedroom is 
currently office downstairs but can be changed into bedroom if guest 
requires.)  

The large kitchen with center island down-draft cooktop and granite 
counter tops leads into dinette area and spacious family room that 
goes out to the patio pool area.  

Formal dining room and living room offer more private area for times 
of entertaining and having friends and guests over.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Everything you will need to make your stay an enjoyable experience 
is provided.  

Whether you want to play in the heated pool, relax in the Jacuzzi, 
play touch footback in back yard, fish off the canal bank or just 
sit and read a book on the beautiful back patio, set at bar and 
enjoy a special drink or just watch the beautiful sun 
set -- there is something for everyone!!

Note: Special children's protective pool fence also available.

Activities and Attractions

This spectacular home is close to everything: the Winter Equestrian 
events and the International Polo. Walk to the grocery store, the 
tackeria, or local restaurants. The new Wellington Green Mall is 
just minutes away with many upscale shops and restaurants -- and the 
beach is only about 15 miles away. If you're in the mood to enjoy 
the night life and dining, City Place in downtown West Palm 
Beach is less than 20 minutes away.

Monthly Rates: 
         January through April $5,500 - $6,500  
        Off Season Monthly Rates $3,500 - $4,500
            For Weekly Rates Contact Owner 
          (Prices vary depending on length of stay.)
              
Pet Fee Required: To be discussed with owner

PLEASE NOTE: Deposits for either weekly or monthly are required at 
least 45-60 days in advance with balance of the rental amount due 30-
45 days before arrival.  Reservation will not be held until security 
deposits are received.
