Eden House Gulf Front Condo in Fort Myers Beach

Come experience paradise! The Eden House on Ft. Myers Beach is a
recently remodeled gulf front condominium. All new windows and
railings, along with a remodeled lobby and elevator, new mansard
roof, and new brick pavers in the parking areas provide you with a
truly upscale surrounding for your vacation getaway of your dreams.

The swimming pool and sauna areas have been upgraded with a
redesigned brick paver patio/pool surround area. The condo grounds
have been completely relandscaped creating a setting of tropical
beauty for residents and guests.

Our condo is a spacious end unit (1380 square feet) that lets
brilliant Florida sunshine into every room. Thanks to the great
gulf
front location, there is a view of the gulf from nearly every room.
The best place to watch the sunset is from the comfort of the
beachfront lanai.

When not sampling the seafood cuisine of the local restaurants you
can prepare your meals in our fully equipped kitchen. You can pack
light thanks to the stacked washer and dryer in each condo.

The master bedroom has its own walk-in closet, king size bed, TV,
and
private bath. The guest bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed.
With the sleeper sofa in the front room, the condo will sleep up to

people.

You will have your private assigned parking spot conveniently
located
beneath the building.

Use the trolley stop in front of the Eden House to reach the island
restaurants, souvenir shops, and open air cafes. The Eden House is
located near the south end of Ft. Myers Beach, far enough from the
bustle of the Times Square shopping area to provide a quiet retreat
during your stay.
