Includes 14-story sky-lit atrium with large 
porter cochere entrance to glass elevator lobby. Heated and cooled 
interior lobby. Pristine beaches, protected natural habitat, and 
breathtaking sunsets. It includes three outdoor swimming pools, 
large indoor pool with Jacuzzis both inside and out. 

As you enter and step onto the Travertine porcelain tile on the 
floor you know your in for a treat. Our unit has floor-to-ceiling 
tinted windows and glass doors, large curvilinear balcony that spans 
the total width of the unit. Total square footage of the unit is 
2200 square feet.

Solid-surface granite counter tops, gourmet kitchen (with warming 
drawer, 36-inch cook top, 42-inch refrigerator/freezer wall 
convection oven and microwave), wet bar with ice maker and under-the-
counter beverage cooler, nine-foot ceilings, full-sized 
washer/dryer, plasma TV in living room and master bedroom, 25-inch 
screens in guest bedrooms, high-speed internet access. At night you 
can enjoy the scenery as the lights from boats around the 
Intercoastel reflect off the water. Much nicer than looking at a 
dark Gulf of Mexico.
