every bedroom. The house is fully stocked.
The backyard has 125 feet of private beach waterfront on the Long Island Sound.
Stunning views from the large wood deck that accommodates the included half dozen
recliners and outdoor table and chairs, umbrellas, propane grill and charcoal grill.
Convenient and private outdoor hot and cold shower, and changing room. Property is
ensconced with privacy hedges on all sides.
Backyard is big enough for croquet, wiffle ball, volley ball, soccer.
Relax and enjoy amazing sunsets! Great fishing, snorkeling and swimming. The private
Long Island Sound Beach is level with property and is 75 feet from the back deck. There
is no bluff, no stairs, etc. to beach!
We are seeking to rent to a reputable family or group. All of the furnishings, linens, beds,
etc are new, and the house is immaculate. The home is very child friendly. This house is
gorgeous, and the location is truly magical, especially for families, and children. Your stay
will be wonderful and memorable.

A fully equipped eat-in kitchen with new appliances, dishwasher, microwave, stove,
coffee maker, water filtration, refrigerator, 30-inch flat screen TV with a DVD player in the
living room.
Air conditioners in bedrooms.
Family cable package with cable modem, wireless highspeed internet, and USA unlimited
phone is included.
All of the bedrooms have TVs with cable, and alarm clock/radios.
House has a Thinkpad for checking email, web browsing, etc.
Washer and dryer in basement.

Fall Season: The Fall has phenomenal fishing: Snappers and blue fish schools are a cast away, the black fish and porgies are huge, along with stripers. 

Fall fun: Hallockville Museum Farm 28th Annual Fall Festival, Fall events at the wineries, Pumpkin Picking, Corn Mazes, Gallery Walks in Greenport, Museums, Annual Holiday Candlelight Tour (11/27/09).
