Vacation Rental Description

This 6 year old condo located in Ft. Myers, Florida, just 10 minutes  
from the world famous Sanibel Island and Ft. Myers Beach is now  
available for rent. Rental rates vary by the season. Ready for warm  
weather when it is cold up north? This is the condo for you.  
Heritage Cove is a private, gated community perfect for active  
seniors 55 and over. This fully furnished unit has recently been  
redecorated with new furnishings and an island motif. The unit  
features a fully equipped kitchen with white cabinets, all the  
latest appliances including GE ceramic top electric stove, built-in  
microwave, dishwasher, GE side by side refrigerator with water and  
ice in the door, large pantry. The breakfast room is light and  
bright, seats up to 6 and affords a spectacular view of the lake.  
There are bar stools for a quick meal at the counter. The screened  
in lanai, which also overlooks the lake, features sliding glass  
doors for year round use. The large family room features a queen  
sleeper sofa, TV with DVD/VCR, and sliding glass doors to the lanai.  
There is a formal dining area with large mirrored wall and desk that  
can be used for a computer or writing. There are two bedrooms and  
two full baths. The master suite features a king size bed, 19 TV, a  
huge walk in closet, linen closet and bath with tile floor and walk  
in shower. The second bedroom features a queen size bed, TV/VCR, and  
a large closet. The hall bath also features a tile floor and  
shower/tub. There is a fully equipped laundry room with iron and  
ironing board. There are ceiling fans throughout the condo. There is  
also a storage area available for items such as luggage, golf clubs,

Vacation Rental Amenities

The beautiful clubhouse is situated facing a large lake with  
fountain. The clubhouse features a large recreation room, library,  
fully equipped workout room, computer room, Olympic sized heated  
pool with Jacuzzi whirlpool and locker rooms. There is a walking  
path around the lake that allows you to watch nature and the various  
wildlife while staying fit.  This community has been carefully and  
lushly landscaped for beauty.  Clever, decorative hedges and  
graceful palms grace the entire complex.  The property includes  
several lakes, many with fountains as well as a nature preserve.   
Heritage Cove features single family homes, villa homes as well as  
the four story condo buildings for a variety of home settings.  Stay  
here once and you will want to return again and again to enjoy it's  
beauty.

Activities and Attractions

There is a very active social committee that offers many events each  
month such as cards, bingo, pot luck dinners, dancing and planned  
trips. On the grounds, there are tennis courts, Bocce ball courts,  
and horseshoe pits. The location of Heritage Cove offers easy access  
to the beaches, dining, shopping (the Tanger outlet mall is just 5  
minutes away!), golf, boating and fishing.
