vacation rental description
This beach home is 300 feet from a sand walk to the beach. Located
on a quite shell road it is great as there is little traffic
between house and ocean. Home has bee brought back to recreate the
beach houses you remember from the 60s. Large fenced back yard, 1
car garage and second drive for motor home, bike carrier, etc. Part
of house is set up as apartment with seperate full kitchen, (great
for the inlaws). Great vacation house with original knotty pine in
living room but completely renovated. Perfect for a nice getaway by
the ocean in a true old fashion community.
Two sleep sofas, fully furnished, we even have sand pails and
boogie boards. Great surf fishing and close to wonderful flats
fishing. A trip for one on a 3/4 day offshore fishing trip is
included with each rental. Catering and daily maid service available
for an additional fee.

deep sea fishing trip for up to 8 people aboard the pastime princess,
a 100 foot deep sea fishing boat located in New Smyrna Beach for you
to use during your stay at my home.

Just steps to the beach. Shopping and dining nearby. 1 hr. to
Disney, 20 minutes to Daytona. Visit the Atlantic Center for the Arts, Arts on Douglas and some wonderful artist shops.
