Vacation Rental Description

Newly remodeled,beautifully furnished multi level villa located in 
the Ocean Trace community in Juno Beach. The villa has a newly 
remodeled gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and 
granite countertops. There are wood floors throughout. The second 
floor master bedroom includes a queen size bed, TV, and a walk in 
closet.  There is also a glass enclosed roman tub in the master 
bathroom. Guest bedroom on second floor includes its own granite and 
glass bathroom suite furnished with twin size day bed and pop-up 
trundle, which sleeps two.  There is a new pull out queen size 
sleeper sofa in the living room.  Dining room seats four, with 
plenty of counter/dining space for four more. Private outside 
terracotta patio includes a gas barbeque and has a wonderful view of 
gardens and fountains.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Come and enjoy our new clubhouse, with exercise room, pool and 
jacuzzi.  Wireless internet service available at clubhouse, and 
poolside.   Pool table is available for your use in the clubhouse.  
Conveniently located in Juno Beach, between the Atlantic and the 
intracoastal.  Walk to intracoastal or take a  short drive (less 
that 1/4 mile) to Juno Beach, on the Atlantic.  Excellent 
restaurants are nearby. Only twenty minutes to West Palm Beach 
Airport, Roger Dean Stadium, and all of the night life that City 
Place has to offer.  Dont forget to shop the Gardens Mall, which is 
over the bridge and approximately 5 minutes away.

Vacation Rental Rates

Villa rents fully furnished. The in season rate for  December-April is 
3,400.00 per month. (We offer a discount to renters who commit to 
THREE consecutive months or longer) The off season rate is 2,100.00 
per month. Please note that we require a one month security deposit 
equal to the monthly rent for seasonal or off season rentals, and 
that there is an exit cleaning fee of 150.00, which will be deducted 
from your security deposit.
