OBP - Enjoy the Beach - Best Deal Around in Fire Island

Stay in this wonderful beach house and leave your cares behind.
The house has been recently renovated and continues to be a work in progress.
It is NOT one of those houses that reeks
of beer. It is also NOT a 5-star resort, but a charming beach house that is great for families and smaller groups to share. Appliances are all new including a Bosch dishwasher (new for 2009), new cabinets, table/
counter area in kitchen seats 6. White walls (no dark paneling here!) and wood-style flooring
throughout. Just bring your bathing suit and towel - all bedding,
sheets, kitchenware, beach chairs, bikes already in place. Bedrooms
are spacious and set up as follows: one bedroom has queen-sized bed -
a rarity for a beach house, and second large bedroom has a bunk with a
full-size bed on the bottom, twin on the top AND another full-size
bed. Both bedrooms have air-conditioning (as well as heat - you never
know!) Additionally, there is another sleeper sofa (for 1 or 2) in the
bright,sunny living room for guests. There is also a dog bed, if needed. For fastest response, e-mail is best!

House is conveniently located close to the ferry and the nightlife
(Flynns, Schooner, etc.) yet secluded enough
to relax and enjoy peace and privacy. The ocean beach is only a short
2 minute walk - about 250 feet from the house. Tennis courts are
available in Ocean Bay Park and the Fire Island Hotel also located in
Ocean Bay Park has a great little outdoor bar and public swimming pool
near the beach. Ocean Bay Park also has its own market, liquor store
and pizzeria. Use our bikes and tour Fire Island on wheels. Bike
rentals are also available near the ferry. You can also journey into
Ocean Beach - less than a mile walk or ride away. Ocean Beach has some
shopping, post office, nail salon, more eateries and a community room
that shows movies. Create your own getaway by enjoying the beach,
restaurants, shopping and everything Fire Island has to offer!

General price range for 2009:
June: $2,000 per week
July: $3,000 - $3,500 per week
August: $3,000 - $3,500 per week
These prices are for the FULL week-these are the best value as they include all utilities- shop around!
We will be booking full weeks for July and August until May 15th 2009 and then we will consider midweek
or weekend situations. Our weeks usually run from Monday to Sunday. Deal with the owner - no broker!  Fastest response by e-mail.
