Vacation Rental Description

This beautiful condo, unit #138, 1 bedroom unit in Kihei Kai Nani, is
in South Kihei next to Wailea. Lots of owner pride here, well
maintained, and very comfortable Maui condo.

Located directly across from the perfect swimming beach of 
Kamaole II Beach Park (2 minute walk).  Gentle waves for swimming 
for all ages and perfect for families with young children.  Bordered 
by Kamaole I and III Beach Parks, these 3 beaches stretch nearly a 
mile. Amenities include grassy and tree shaded areas, BBQ and picnic 
tables, playground and swings, outside shower and foot rinse, 
restrooms and life guards.  Also enjoy swimming in our large size 
swimming pool that is never crowded.

Fully furnished 1 bedroom condo with an upgraded kitchen including 
new Oak kitchen cabinets, large pantry, micro wave, dishwasher, and 
everything needed to prepare most any full meal. Air conditioned, 
Cable color TV in both the living room and bedroom, VCR / DVD, queen 
size bed plus a new queen size hide a bed. Upgraded bathroom with 
all new tile shower, vanity and floor tile that extends into the 
hall and kitchen.  Mirror closet doors and one of very few to have 
inside laundry (washer/dryer). Ceiling fans in the living room and 
bedroom.
 
An very convenient location; directly across the driveway from our 
large pool and office building and only a few steps to the beach. 

Off our lanai is a nice garden grassy area and just a few steps to a 
gas BBQ.

LOW Season: 7 -21 nights $92 nt - 21-28 discounted

(Dec. 15th 2008 - Apr. 14th, 2009)
HIGH Season: 7-21 nights $125nt

Rates Based on weekly 7 nights, Double occupancy. Extra guest $10 ea.
Max 4 guests (2 adults and 2 children). Discounts for longer stays

All rates quoted in US Dollars, and subject to 11.42% Hawaii Tax
All monies payable in US Funds
$300 deposit required for securing reservation ($600 for 28+ days 
reservation)
Balance due 45 days prior to arrival (low season - 60 days high 
season)
$100 cancellation fee if cancelled outside of 45 days prior to 
scheduled arrival (60 days in high season).
All Payments non-refundable if cancelled within 45 days of scheduled 
arrival (60 in high season).
