Vacation Rental Description

Our four-year-old, beautifully furnished condo is located on the 
third green of The Hills Golf Course of Boyne Highlands Resort and 
within view of Boyne Highlands Ski Resort, with some of the best 
golfing and skiing in the Midwest.  Our guests may use the large
heated outdoor pool and hot tubs at the Boyne Highlands Resort.
This quiet and peaceful location, nestled in the heart of Boyne 
Country, is only a short drive to some of Northern Michigan's finest 
shopping and dining experiences in nearby Harbor Springs, Petoskey, 
Bay Harbor, and Charlevoix, and just five miles from the beautiful 
beaches of Lake Michigan and Little Traverse Bay.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

Lower-level condo:  King-size bed in master bedroom, 1 full and 1 
twin bed in second bedroom, queen-size sofa bed in living room, 2 
twin Aerobeds, all linens provided; 2 full bathrooms with towels, 
hair dryer; gas fireplace, central air-conditioning, 2 TVs with 
cable and VCR/DVD players, phone; fully equipped kitchen with 
dishes, pots and pans, cooking utensils, linens, microwave, 
dishwasher, refrigerator, ice maker; washer and dryer, iron and 
ironing board; charcoal grill (BBQ) on covered patio; stocked trout 
ponds on property; smoking on outside patio only, no pets.

$100/night:  Mid-week rate (Mon., Tues., Wed.) March, April, May, 
September, October, November 1 - 19 (excluding Labor Day weekend)
$125/night:  March, April, May, September, October, November 1 - 19 
(Thursday - Sunday)
$140/night:  November 20 through February; June, July, August
$165/night:  December 24 through January 2 and July 1 through July 10
$50          One-time cleaning fee
