Vacation Rental Description

This beautiful, recently updated condo features new 18" tiles 
throughout the main living area, new carpet in the bedrooms, and is 
located on the famous PGA West Stadium Course. Views of the mountains
from your back patio.  The all one level, ground floor condo has no 
stairs making access easy for all guests. Enjoy views of the 
mountains and the 14th green of the golf course from the comfort of 
the spacious living room as well as your back patio. Just minutes 
away from fantastic restaurants, shopping, and other activities, 
this gorgeous condo is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the desert 
lifestyle.  We invite you to enjoy our "home away from home".

The high vaulted ceilings in this condo feels more like a home than 
condo.  It offers 2 large bedrooms, 2 baths, grand living room, 
dining area, and breakfast area.

The master bedroom features a king size bed with all new bedding, 
new color TV, large master bathroom with 2 basins, his and her 
robes, large tub and spacious shower. The second bedroom has a queen 
size bed (also with new linens) and the bathroom is fully equipped 
with all of the amenities of home. Extra towels, pool towels, 
linens, and pillows are also provided.  The bathrooms each have 
lotions, relaxation gels, shampoos, hairdryers to make your stay 
feel like a little spa day. Resort - Spa accommidations at half the 
price. 

On those warm days and evenings you are conveniently located 3 
condos away from a the lap pool and large jacuzzi.  The PGA West 
grounds are lovely with fresh flowers and citrus trees making a nice 
setting for a morning or evening walk.  

You will look forward to coming home after a round of golf and 
deciding if you would like to sit in the front patio while you BBQ 
(no tank to fill)or sitting in the back patio wathcing the golfers 
go by and the mountains in the background.

Non-smoking in the condo please. Outside on patio is welcome.

(6-1 to 10-31)     $150 Daily/ $700 Weekly/ $1900 Monthly

Security Deposit: $300 to hold the dates ( more will be required 
with pets)

Cleaning fees: $75 which is my cost
