summertime fun, only 4 houses from the bay and 5 houses from the
Pacific Ocean. Both are fabulous water sports playgrounds. The
cottage is also 5 minutes from Seaworld and 10 minutes from
downtown. Every evening you will enjoy watching fireworks from the
Bay sponsored by Seaworld. This original 1925 beach cottage has
been
remodled and refurnished with all the modern conveniences to make
your stay comfortable. The quaint architecture and traditional
style
of this craftsman gem will make you want to come back again and
again.

Air Conditioning/Heating, Gabled ceilings and hardwood floors add to
the cottage's charm.
Front patio for morning coffe or tea plus a small backyard/patio
with
attractive landscaping and BBQ. Security system and off street
parking for two cars is a welcome plus. Cottage is supplied with
bed, bath and beach linens, iron and ironing board plus cable TV.
Beach mats, umbrella and some children's toys are included. A porta-
crib, queen size futon, twin pull out bed, trundle bed and full size
bed complete the sleeping amenities. A fully stocked kitchen for
the
cooking enthusiast or breakfast warrior will be a joy to work in.
Basic cooking spices, blender, cuisinart, hand mixer, cold and hot
tea makers, fondu set, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, gas stove,
refrigerator with automatic ice and water plus a full line of
cooking
and baking equipment will allow you to enjoy your time in the
kitchen.

Roller blading and biking abounds on the bay and beach walk.
Rentals
for these activities are steps from the cottage. Bay offers
sailing,
water skiing, paddle boating, canoeing, sailing, kayaking and much
more. Beach provides surfing, swimming, scuba diving, water sking,
beachcombing and more. Short drive to golfing, museums, cinemas,
theatres, world famous zoo's, amusement parks, and sports events.
Short walk to restaurants, bars, grocery stores, resorts, and retail
