Vacation Rental Description

Beautiful Lake Lanier home still in deep water with private double slip
boat dock.  Bring 
your family and your boat and enjoy the summer on the lake.  We are
situated on very 
deep water (35 ft.) at the south end of the lake.  Fish or swim right
off the dock.  (poles 
available)

Our home has an open floor plan with lake views from every room in the
house.  The main 
floor has a large deck with barbeque and the lower level has a stone
porch leading down 
to the boat dock.

Located just off Highway 400 Exit 14.  Five minutes to downtown
Cumming and Market 
Place shopping and restaurants.

Accommodations - Main Level:  
Master bedroom – queen size bed with large vanity/changing
room/walk-in closet. 
Living room has pull-out queen size sofa bed.   Fireplace.
Reading room/library with pull-out full size sofa bed.
Master bathroom with separate shower stall and Jacuzzi tub.
Den surrounded by glass with full lake view.  Cable TV.  Internet.  DVD.

Large kitchen fully equiped; stove, refrigerator, microwave,
dishwasher, cookware.
Dining room seats 8 with kitchen countertop seating for 4.

Lower Level: 2 guest rooms 
1 queen size bed.  Lake view from bed.
2 twin beds.  Lake view from beds.
Full bathroom with shower.
Stone porch with steps leading to dock.

Smoking:
This is a non-smoking house. Smoking is permitted on the premises but
not inside the home.

Activities and Attractions

Everything a lake has to offer.  Swimming, boating, parks, hiking. 
Relaxation, peace and 
quiet.  Situated at the south end of the lake you have the advantage
of a private, quiet 
cove but only minutes from lanier islands and the main part of the
lake by boat.  

There is a large shopping center with many shops (Home Depot, Walmart,
Kohl's, Target & 
more) and restaurants literally down the street, 5 minutes away.  The
town of Cumming 
with movie theatres is also 5 minutes drive.

You have all the conveniences of living in town while staying on a
quiet dead end street 
right on the lake.

September - May 24    $950/week     $195/night 
May 25 - July         $1,800/week   $290/night 
August - September    $1,500/week   $250/night
Holidays  $300/night (3 night minimum)

Security Deposit: $600 (refundable)
Cleaning Fee:  $150
