Bedrooms (1 King & 1 Queen size bed) and a Queen size pull-out sofa
bed. Two full Baths. All appliances hE (high efficiency) Fully applianced Kitchen, in-unit Washer/Dryer, and all linens are supplied. Located on the second floor of a three story building easily accessible both by elevator and stairs.

From Kitchen, Living and Dining areas enjoy the breathtaking views
through floor-to-ceiling windows, as well as step through sliding
glass doors onto your Private Balcony for even more amazing views up
and down the beach. There is a lovely pool, also just steps from the
beach. Assigned parking space for 1 car with limited guest parking
spaces.

Fernandina Beach on Amelia Island is only 20 minutes from the
Jacksonville, FL Airport and 30 minutes from the Jacksonville cruise
ship port. Just South of the Georgia border, only 13 miles from
Interstate 95.

Off Season (Jan 01-Feb 28) $900/week  Jan/Feb will consider monthly rental of $2500. 
Peak Season (Mar 01-Aug 31) $1200/week
Mid Season (Sep 01-Dec 31) $900/week

$200 Security Deposit.
10% tax to be added to all rental rates. Tax is as follows:
7% FL Sales Tax, 3% Nassau County Tourist Tax.

Payment in full is required for reservations made for arrival within
14 days.
All other reservations require a 50% Deposit + $200 Security Deposit.
Final Payment is due 10 days prior to arrival.
