views right from your Private Balcony of the 15 miles of white sandy 
beaches. Amazing sunrises and cool ocean breezes. Watch dolphins 
play right from your condo! These are a few reasons why everyone

Furnished beautifully, this unit can accommodate up to 6 guests. Two 
Bedrooms (1 King & 1 Queen size bed) and a Queen size pull-out sofa 
bed. Two full Baths, fully applianced Kitchen, in-unit Washer/Dryer, 
and all linens are supplied. Located on the second floor of a three 
story building easily accessible by elevator or stairs. 

From both Living and Dining areas enjoy the breathtaking views 
through floor-to-ceiling windows, as well as step through sliding 
glass doors onto your Private Balcony for even more amazing views up 
and down the beach. There is a heated pool, also just steps from the 
beach. Assigned parking space for 1 car with limited guest parking 
spaces. 

Fernandina Beach on Amelia Island is only 20 minutes from the 
Jacksonville, FL Airport and 30 minutes from the Jacksonville cruise 
ship port.  Just South of the Georgia border, only 13 miles from 
Interstate 95.

Vacation Rental Rates

Off Season  (Jan 01-Feb 28)  $700/week 
Peak Season (Mar 01-Aug 31) $1300/week
Mid Season  (Sep 01-Dec 31)  $900/week 
Please inquire for Daily or Monthly Rates (Depending on 
availability).  All rates subject to change until reservation 
confirmed.  We accept checks, Visa, and MasterCard.

$200 Security Deposit.
9% tax to be added to all rental rates. Tax is as follows: 
6% FL Sales Tax, 2% Nassau County Tourist Tax, 1% Nassau Surtax.

Payment in full is required for reservations made for arrival within 
14 days. 
All other reservations require a 50% Deposit + $200 Security Deposit.
Final Payment is due 10 days prior to arrival. 
We accept Checks, Visa and MasterCard.
