Ready and at your convenience; Wireless internet, central air conditioning, gas fireplace, front loading washer & dryer, soft water, iron & ironing board, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, 42 inch flat screen living room tv with cable, 3 bedroom tvs, telephone, DVD player, video library, Playstation 2, board games, books & high chair.  For your outdoor pleasure we offer a spacious patio with gas grill and dining seating for 12  We also have a hammock, swingset, basketball hoop/basketball-concrete driveway, beach toys and wagon. Best of all, a firepit to roast marshmallows with the kids. Firewood, marshmallows and roasting forks provided! BEDROOM ARRANGEMENTS: Master:  King Bed, 2nd Bedroom: Double bed & twin bunks, 3rd bedroom: Single twin & twin bunks.  Living room pull out sofa sleeper.  We also have a toddler bed & portable crib on site. All bedroom & kitchen linens provided.  We ask that you bring personal bath & beach towels. 

South Haven is 2 hours from Chicago, 1 hour from South Bend and 1 hour from Grand Rapids. Enjoy all 4 seasons at our family getaway. You can take in lazy days at the beach, climb the sand dunes at VanBuren State Park, pick apples and blueberries, bike ride on the Kal Haven trail, shop weekly farmers' market, ice skating downtown, and so much more! There is also nearby antiquing, winery tours, golf, shopping and great dining. Come see why so many of our guests return year after year!  Summer weeks fill early.    

Summer 2012 weekly rate $2100. Off season daily rates $200 per night with a 2 night minimum. 50% deposit is due within 10 days of reserving to hold the week. The remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to arrival date along with a $250 security deposit. The security deposit is returned within 10 days of departure. Should cancellation be necessary, we charge a $75 flat fee. If the cottage can be rebooked for that week, all funds will be returned, less the $75 flat fee. If the cottage cannot be rebooked, all funds paid will be forfeited less the security deposit. We will provide a rental agreement at time of reservation. Check-in time is 3:00 pm EST Friday and check-out is 10:00 am EST the following Friday. Please clarify number in party when making inquiry.  Reservations for maximum capacity may require additional cleaning fee.  WEEKEND RENTALS WELCOME SEPT-MAY.
