Vacation Rental Description

Our condo is located in the quiet oceanfront community of Del Mar. It  
is a two bedroom, two bath unit located on the second level. It is  
tastefully furnished with everything you need to have a special  
vacation. We are just steps from the beautiful white sand beach of  
Del Mar. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets in the evenings and a short walk  
up the beach to downtown Del Mar and the many shops and restaurants  
on the beach.  
  
We are also within walking distance of the famous Del Mar Race Track  
and Fairgrounds.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Full Kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, ice maker,  
dish washer and all cooking utensils. 
 
Telephones, cable TV, VCR, two televisions, two DVD players, located  
in the living room and one located in the master bedroom. 
 
All linens and towels are provided. Washer and dryer are located  
inside the condo. 
 
No Pets and no smoking allowed in the unit.
