Vacation Rental Description

Come stay on 30A in Old Seagrove Beach, where old fashioned, small  
town ways still exist in this fabulous brand new Key West inspired  
home we call "Vacherie". Relax on the double front porches  
overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy the unobstructed  
views of the Gulf of Mexico from the porch rocking chairs and the  
large open 26 x 40 living room/kitchen/dining room as well as the  
master bedroom, den and upstairs bedrooms. From our porches, you can  
watch the famous Seaside 4th of July parade right in front of the  
house.  
 
"Vacherie" is located one mile east of Seaside, convenient for  
biking  
on the paths to Seaside and Watercolor. The new Watercolor Publix is  
less than a mile away. After a day on the sugar white sands of the  
beach, come up and relax in your own private 12 X 24 pool with patio  
furniture and tables for relaxing, BBQing and eating. After dinner,  
challenge dad to a game of 8 ball on our new 7' Olhausen pool table! 
Let the kids swim while you grill dinner. Everyone can spread out in  
the five large bedrooms, five baths, plus a den with a sleeper  
sofa ,  
where the kids can hang out in their own space. The living room is  
also equipped with an awesome 42" big screen TV, great for watching  
sporting events and movies. The house sleeps 16, including three  
king  
beds, two queen beds, and a bunk room with three sets of bunk beds.  
Our continuous hot water Rinnai system allows all  
16 guests an endless supply of hot showers. All bedrooms have  
televisions w/ DVD players.  
 
Everyone can enjoy a meal together with a large dining room table  
seating 12, plus a large bar separating the kitchen and living room,  
plus a breakfast nook/game table. You'll love the open floor plan  
upstairs, with the living room, kitchen, and dining overlooking the  
beach, plus two bedrooms (one king bed and two queen beds) and a  
bathroom. Downstairs includes the master bedroom and bath, with  
garden tub, separate shower. There's also the bunk room and a king  
bedroom, each with their own baths and a den with sleeper sofa.  
 
There are gorgeous stained concrete floors downstairs, and beautiful  
travertine upstairs. The custom kitchen is warm and inviting with  
pine cabinets, DCS double ovens and gas cooktop and stainless  
appliances. There's room for more than one cook here, and you're  
still visiting with the family in the living room. Enjoy the Old  
Florida style decorating, making this home look like it has been  
there for years, with a mix of antiques and reproductions your  
grandmother would love, in beautiful ocean colors of aqua, blue, and  
green. There's even a 100 year old canoe in the den! Around the  
house  
and pool, relax and enjoy the lush, tropical landscaping consisting  
of over 20 palm trees, fragrant gardenias, confederate jasmine,  
flowery agapantha, Rose of Sharon, split leaf phylodendron and wax  
myrtles. Book soon, as this is a very popular location that rents  
quickly for the summer.  
 
So you don't leave without enjoying one of Seagrove Beach's most  
popular activities, we have six cruiser bikes on site. They are  
available for a nominal fee.

*Vacherie is a Saturday to Saturday rental for weekly booking 
*add 11% tax.  For stays less than a week, please add $250 cleaning
