Vacation Rental Description

plasma model tv in living area in Dec. 2007. 
 
Five-story complex with 37 units, an elevator, and underground  
parking, this fourth floor 1220 sq. foot unit is conveniently  
located just steps from the south entrance of the beach.  
 
This two bedroom, two bath condo has been designed and decorated in the  
Tommy Bahama style. It offers the low-key atmosphere of the sunny  
south, has no steps, and offers a view of the pool and tennis court  
from the unit.  
 
A screened-in balcony/lanai accessible from both bedrooms  
and living room has a westerly view affording visitors a place to  
sip their morning coffee and relax after a day in the sun.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Large private heated swimming pool, community room, gas bar-b-q grill, sauna,  
washer and dryer in unit, and covered parking make this a perfect  
place to relax on your vacation.  
Extra storage available upon request.  
Two televisions (one brand new plasma) with cable and VCR/DVD, new  
kitchen appliances, king-size bed, two twin beds, and bonus sleeping  
area make this a place you can truly enjoy! 
Also, recreational room on ground floor. Can be used for groups, reading pleasure, large area with tables for  
games, meetings, etc.

Marco Island is known for it's beautiful white sand crescent  
beach, however, there are numerous activities for everyone! Fishing,  
golfing, shelling, dolphin-watching, jet-skiing, para-sailing,  
biking, shopping, and of course enjoying the variety of resaurants  
make Marco the place to be!  
 
There is something for everyone at every stage of life.  
    
The quiet atmosphere around the pool and close proximity to the  
south beach entrance (no pass required!)make this a prime vacation

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates for January $1850 per/month.  
February and March $3350.  
April rent for $1850 per/month.  
Between the months of May through December, $1500 per/month. 
$200 security deposit required upon transaction.  
Non-smokers only and no pets please.  
Renters may be subject to a credit check. Visa, Mastercard, and Paypal accepted.
