Beach House and Beach Apartments for Rent in Telchac Puerto

Location:

• 3 minutes walk to the small fishing village "Telchac Puerto",

Telchac Puerto: A charming and safe fishing village with around 1800 persons, 4 small restaurants, police and minimarket. Some American and Canadian couples visit this wonderful place during the winter seasons allways welcomed by the friendly inhabitants.

Beach House:

First floor (aprox 40m²); living room, fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, 4 gas stoves, etc.) and full bathroom (warm/cold water). Place for 5 hammocks.

Second floor: Bedroom with one double bed, one single and place for 3 hammocks. Two terraces with nice view over the beach, and place for 
two hammocks.

4 Apartments: Each apartment is equipped with; two bed rooms (one double bed in one room and two single in the other), bathroom, kitchen (w/ fridge, oven, micro oven, and equipped for 4 persons), living room and a very big terrace.

The apartments have access to a rooftop terrace with grill, bar and hammock area. They are very independent and isolated from one and other, separated with an 2.5 meter (8.20 ft) open area, and each terrace is completely independent and privat.

Laundry and cleaning service can be arranged at an extra cost. The pool area is accesible for all guests aswell as the rooftop grill or the terrace in the main house.

Internet access and telephone line can also be arranged, aswell as cable TV or any other service required.

Others: The beach is several kilometres long. The terrain is private and in front of the beach. The terrace and grill on the main house can be used all week days (plus weekends if the house isn’t occupied). The apartments have a terrace on the top of the building also equiped with grill and a small bar.

We have a small pool with a small table and a roof, for all of those who'd rather skip the salt water.

The Reef Club Resort gives facilities for aprox. $35.00 per day, per person, including swimming pool, food and beverages.

If needed two bicycles can be included in the rent.
Nearest flamingo sight can be found at 3 min by car, biggest concentration 15 min. Mayan Pyramids can be found in Xcambo at 5km, Hacienda San Eduardo offers visitors a glimpse of one of the remaining working haciendas in Yucatan (distance 5 km). If you want to make a trip to the mangrove you can do so in San Crisanto, located at 10 km from the house. You can also visit the virgin coconut beaches along the coast line heading east towards Dzilam de Bravo.
