Let the Diamond X Guest Ranch and Retreat be your home in cowboy country!  Nestled at 
the foot of the Uinta Mountain Range, our spacious ranch home will ensure a comfortable 
stay for your party with plenty of activities, fresh air, and breath-taking views. Open year 
round, we are pleased to share our ranch with you, and invite you to come and take part in 
an authentic western experience full of horseback riding and adventure. With the Wasatch-
Cache National Forest just 15 minutes away, we are ideally located for conferences, family 
reunions, an outdoor adventure base camp, or simply a serene place to unwind and 
connect with nature. The spacious Diamond X Ranch home is beautifully furnished with a 
touch of western class. Right outside the door you'll find acres of beautiful scenery to 
explore, and walking trails that weave in and out of trees, through meadows and along the 
banks of the Bear River. Come and enjoy all that the Diamond X has to offer!

Beautiful and well-appointed 6-Bedroom Guest House ten minutes south of Evanston, WY. 
Located in the beautiful foothills of the Uinta Mountains just 1.5 hours from Salt Lake City, 
and only an hour from Park City! Great for conferences, retreats, corporate getaways, 
anniversaries, etc. Much nicer than a hotel, your home in cowboy country is the Diamond 
X. You'll enjoy the large kitchen (stocked with cooking and eating utensils), fridge, stove, 
oven, etc., enormous dining table, upper-level deck, laundry facilities, and a game room, 
with billiards, table tennis, and foos ball (in the winter is converted back into the garage!) 
Satellite TV and Internet let you stay connected to news, important people, or projects 
while you're soaking up the fresh Wyoming air. 

Activities and Attractions

Great weekend retreat, or stay the whole week. 
Turn your family getaway into a ranch experience with available horsemanship instruction, 
wagon or sleigh rides along the Bear River (weather conditions permitting). Feel free to 
bring your own horse to ride in the available indoor arena, or on cattle gatherings 
throughout the sping, summer and fall. 
Other nearby activites include boating, fishing, hiking, skiing/snowboarding, 
snowmobiling, ATV off-roading, rodeos, artisan shopping, and there are historic sites of 
the West within a few hundred yards of the home. Like wildlife? Bring your camera. Bald 
Eagles soar, moose roam, and wild elk bugle in Wyoming. Enjoy painting landscapes? Bring 
your easel to a location where the color palette rearranges itself with the seasons. 

There are other unique annual events such as Cowboy Days, The Annual Mountain Man 
Rendezvous, bicycle races, Ice fishing Derby, Dog Sled Races, Rodeos, Horse Racing and 
more. Bear Lake (60 minutes drive) is a great place for boating and fishing. Park City, Utah 
(45 minutes drive) is home to world class downhill skiing, single track alpine mountain 
biking, and has a historic downtown with great art galleries, fine restaurants, and is home 
to Sundance Film Festival. Salt Lake City, Utah and SLC airport is a close 90 minute drive 
and has many activities and events, including international conventions and professional 
sports.

We love to bring families together! There are plenty of fun family activities available and 
the ranch house is perfect for family get-togethers. The Diamond X is also a great place 
for businesses and organizations to get away for meetings or retreats. Enjoy the peace, 
privacy and seclusion, while staying connected with free wireless Internet, television with 
satellite, VCR's and DVD players, and large rooms for meetings. Nearby are restaurants 
and catering services.
