Vacation Rental Description

International Airport.

First floor features double height vaulted ceiling in living 
room/dining room - lots of light; family room; fully equipt gourmet 
kitchen including gas stove and microwave; washer/dryer; sliding 
doors from living room and family room onto screened patio with 
heated pool; master bedroom suite including king bed, walk in 
closets, double sinks, bathtub and separate shower.
Second floor features loft area; master bedroom suite including king 
bed, walk-in closets, dual sinks, bath, separate shower and 
skylight; 2 additional bedrooms and full bath.
2 car garage, cable tv with tv's in both master bedrooms, one other 
bedroom and HDTV and DVD player in family room. High speed internet 
hook-up. IPOD dock and cd player with am/fm radio.
 No smoking.

Activities and Attractions

Located in PGA National featuring 5 championship golf courses with 3 
different double sided practice areas and caddy program (full golf 
privileges - only pay for cart or caddy); Members' Club was completely renovated effective early 2008; 19 tennis 
courts (11 lighted); large health/fitness center; access and reduced 
rates to recently renovated world famous PGA Spa 
and Resort with 8 resort restaurants and lounges; lots of biking 
and walking trails, playgrounds, 27 acre lake and community pool and 
hot-tub.

Within 10 mins of beaches; The Gardens Mall (featuring Saks, 
Nordstroms, Macys and Bloomingdales); "Downtown" featuring numerous restaurants in all 
price ranges and more shopping; many other restaurants and stores.
20 minutes from Palm Beach featuring City Place, Worth Avenue and 
Kravitz Center for the Performing Arts.

Vacation Rental Rates

 No longer available until June 2008.
 June - October 31, 2008 - $3,000 per month. 
 December 2008 through March 2009 - $7,800 per month (reduced rate for entire period).
 April 2009 - $5,500.
 All include golf and full Club privileges ( tenant must pay transfer fee to Club). 
 Minimum rental period is 1 month.
 
 Damage deposit equal to 1 month rent required for June through 
 October. Damage deposit for Dec thru April - $2,000. 
 Absolutely no pets.
