1 bedroom, 3/4 bath detached casita; sleeps 2 comfortably; completely non-smoking environment. An enchanted space bathed in colors of the Yucatan. Our casita is completely renovated, and is decorated with an eclectic mix of antique and contemporary furnishings, unique tables and Mexican folk art made by one of the owners. This is a beautiful, restful place to stay--and a very clean, affordable and charming alternative to hotels and plain accommodations.

We cater specifically to non-smokers, and for the health-conscious, we use natural, eco-friendly laundry and cleaning products, eco-friendly pest control, and are equipped with a convection oven instead of microwave.

Centrally located in downtown Phoenix on a quiet street in the charming Coronado Historic District, this impeccably-maintained casita is situated behind the owners' 1940's era home. Casita has its own outdoor sitting and eating areas for enjoying the beautifully landscaped backyard. Plenty of shade (and AC) in the summer.

Private and serene, yet just minutes from sports venues, golf courses, arts districts, museums, restaurants, galleries, most freeways, Tempe, Scottsdale and Glendale; 10 minutes from the airport. Street parking.

No smoking. No pets. No children.

October - April: $85/night, tax included, double occupancy; $500 weekly; $1,250 monthly.

May Pre-Summer Special: $70/night, tax included, double occupancy;$400 weekly; $1,100 monthly.

June - September: $60/night, tax included, double occupancy; $360 weekly; $1,000 monthly.

Sleeps two comfortably. 2 night minimum stay. No Smoking. No children. No pets.

$150 refundable deposit; 50% payment due upon making reservation; balance due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. $45 out-cleaning fee. In-cleaning service available during your stay for an additional charge. Rates include weekly change of linens and towels.

Payment by certified cashier's check, traveler's checks, money order, personal checks and cash. Payment in full must be received 30 days prior to arrival. Sorry, we are unable to accept credit cards.
