Vacation Rental Description

An enchanted space bathed in colors of the Yucatan. 1 bedroom, 3/4 bath detached casita; sleeps 1-
4; no children; no pets; smoke free environment.  Our casita is decorated with an 
eclectic mix of antique and contemporary furnishings, unique tables and Mexican folk 
art made by one of the owners.  This is a lovely, restful place to stay.

Centrally located in downtown Phoenix in the charming Coronado Historic District, this adorable 
casita is situated behind the owners' home.  Private and quiet, yet minutes from sports 
venues, freeways, arts districts, museums, restaurants, galleries, Tempe, Scottsdale and Glendale; 
10 minutes from the airport.  Street parking.   

For the health-conscious, we use natural cleaning products, natural pest control and are equipped 
with a convection oven instead of microwave.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

Fully equipped kitchen, compact 4 burner gas range & oven, full sized fridge with freezer, 
convection-toaster oven, satellite TV (including HBO & Showtime), DVD/VCR, air conditioning/heat, 
free WIFI, free local telephone service, CD/cassette radio player.  Stocked with coffee maker, tea 
kettle, toaster, linens, dishware, silverware, cookware and an assortment of teas, coffees and some 
spices.  Comfortable queen bed in bedroom, radio/CD alarm clock, hair dryer, iron, small ironing 
board, queen sleeper sofa in living room. Dining area and desk. Patios.

Activities and Attractions

Heard Museum, Desert Botanical Garden, Phoenix Art Museum, First Fridays art walks, coffee houses, 
Phoenix Zoo, hiking, bicycling, golf, antiquing, restaurants, night life.  Minutes from Good 
Samaritan Hospital, ASU downtown and Copper Square.

Vacation Rental Rates

October - May:  $85/night, tax included, double occupancy; $540 weekly; $2,040 monthly.           

June-September: $60/night, tax included, double occupancy; $370 weekly; $1,400 monthly.

2 night minimum stay.

$25 per night each additional person; 4 person maximum.

$100 refundable deposit; 50% payment due upon making reservation; balance due no later than 30 days 
prior to arrival. $45 out-cleaning fee for stays of 1 week or longer. In-cleaning service available 
during your stay for an additional charge. Rates include weekly change of linens and towels.

Payment by certified cashier’s check, traveler’s checks, money order and cash.  Personal checks
accepted 30 days prior to arrival only.  Sorry, we are unable to accept credit cards.
