Vacation Rental Description

This brand new cottage/home is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath home. It over looks 
Rennie Lake, which has a sandy beach and dock. 
2 bedrooms, with queen size beds, full bathroom are upstairs. 
Master suite on main leval, king size bed, with walk in shower, sink 
and toilet. Hard wood floor on main leval.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Heat, A/C, washer/dryer, deck, fire pit and grill are included.  The 
kitchen has stove, dish washer, refrigerator and microwave. Also 
included are dishes, glasses, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, pots 
& pans. 
Bed lines are provided.  Please bring your own towels.  Initial supply 
of paper products are included.

Activities and Attractions

This cottage in on Rennie Lake.  The lake covers about 250 acres and 
has no public access.  It is clean and spring fed. The home is about 
15 minutes from Traverse City. Close by is great shopping, dining, 
sailing, golf, tennis, jet skiing, parasailing, snowmobiling, and the 
VASA trail for(walking, biking & cross country ski trails) Olsons 
Market is only 10 minutes away.  Also within 40 minutes are beautiful 
lighthouses, Sleeping Bear Dunes and Interlochen Performing Arts 
Center.  Ranch Rudolph(5 miles away) offers horsebacking riding, 
canoening, a restraunt/bar, campgrounds and hiking trails.  Mackinac 
Island is about 100 miles from this cottage.

Vacation Rental Rates

June 16th-June 30th-  $1,600 per week 
June 30th-July 14th- $1,800 per week 
July 7th-14th-National Cherry Festival 
July 14th-Sept 1st- $ 1,600 per week 
 
This property rents from Saturday to Saturday 
Off season rates are available 
50% down at time of booking. The balance due one month prior to arrival.
