Murray and Paducah are about a half hour drive. Located on Jonathon
Creek, only 1/4 mile to Kentucky Lake to east and 1/2 mile full-
service marinas to the west.
Master suite has king bed, private bath and walk-in closet with wall
of windows facing the lake. Front room also has wall of windows
facing the lake with queen-sized sleeper sofa, TV and powder room.
Fully-equipped kitchen has eating area and sliding doors to main
patio. Kitchen is open to Great room. Great room has wall of
windows to private patio and lake views, fireplace, TV and couches.
Two bedrooms with full beds share a full bath. Separate utility
room with washer and dryer.

This ranch house is loacted at the end of the road - no traffic.

Private dock, boat lift, and swim platform.

Patio has two sets of tables and chairs. Benches on deck. Gas
Grill.

The yard is nearly 2 acres with woods on 2 sides and large swale
between house and road.

Satelllite TV with DVR to both TVs and DVD player in great room.
Games and books.

Swimming, boating, fishing and skiing. Bring your own boat and
launch it at public launch - only 1/2 mile by water to house. Canoe
the smaller waters. Raft-ups happen on the weekends.
Music and antique/quilting festivals go on all summer.
Eleven golf courses within 15 miles - for serious golfers or for
those who just have fun.
Wildlife viewing, biking, hiking and Planetarium at Land Between
the Lakes National Recreation Area.
Horseback riding either at private stables or at Land Between the
Lakes.

2009 rates = $1,800 per week from Memorial Day to Labor Day - 1 week
minimum plus 3% county occupancy tax.
$1200 per week during the rest of the year - four-night minimum plus
3% county occupancy tax.
Pay Pal accepted. 50% deposit to reserve dates. 100% payment by 2
weeks prior. Check in time is 3PM and check out 10:00 AM.
