4 bedrooms, 2 with queens 1 with a full and 1 with 2 twins. The upstairs rec room
has full size futon and 2 roll away beds for extra guests, 2 full
baths, one on each floor, living room, Fully applianced and equipped
kitchen with dinning area, large wrap-a -round deck with gas grill
and outside furniture, private backyard, ample parking, new rugs.

Our home is fully furnished with a brand new kitchen (June 08),
outdoor shower,4 ceiling fans,
cable,  DVD, washer/dryer,
dishwasher , microwave, vacuum cleaner, coffee maker, toaster, pots
and pans, dishes, utensils, glasses. Bed spreads and pillows are
provided, guests bring sheets, pillow cases and towels. Our home has
a large deck and yard for cookouts and summer evenings

Beaches, boating, surfing, boggie boarding,biking, scenic rides, great
seafood, walks along the sea wall are just some of the attractions
you'll find in the Narragansett Beach area. Within 1 mile of our
home you
will fined an ice cream shop, Dunkin Donuts, Roch's Market(Great
meats and fruit), a driving range, bike rentals, Town Park (includes
tennis, playground, ballfields, soccerfield, skatepark, basketball
courts) Short rides to many seafood restaurants and to area beaches.
10 minutes to Newport! Don't forget to take  the ferry to Block Island for the day!

$1500 a week (Saturday-Saturday)

$300 security deposit
