addition to new bathroom. 

Come relax….this condo has it all.  Completely furnished, it 
includes  a fully equipped kitchen with  side by side refrigerator, 
ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, stove, double sink, central air 
and heat, washer and dryer, linens,  pots, pans, tableware,  color 
TV in living room and bedroom, VCR, DVD, cable,  answer machine, 
clock radio, iron, ceiling fans in living room and bedroom, beach 
chairs. Local telephone service included---Internet ready.

Ocean Village is gated, resort community situated on 3,000 feet of 
pristine ocean frontage. Located on South Hutchinson Island , we are 
2 miles south from the northern tip. Resort amenities include par 3 
nine hole golf course, 10 tennis courts, pro shop, exercise room, 
clubhouse, heated Olympic size swimming pool plus two additional 
pools and kiddy pool,  poolside tiki bar, Jacuzzi, sauna, bocce 
ball, shuffle board, volleyball, basketball, racquet ball room, plus 
quiet roads for walking and biking.  Ocean front restaurant and 
piano bar on premises. No additional charge for use of amenities 
except for $3 golf  fee and tee time for “in season” golf.

Many tourist attractions are on Hutchinson Island or just over the 
causeway via the Fort Pierce Bridge or down picturesque A1A to the 
Jensen beach causeway. Easy access to I-95 and he Florida turnpike.

We offer a discount to those who rent for 4 weeks or 
more.   Please e-mail with your needs and we will promptly quote a 
price. 

The above rates do not include a 11.5%  sales & resort tax and one 
time departure cleaning fee of  $65.00.*  In addition there is a 
refundable security deposit of $150 to $250 depending upon length of 
stay.
