We offer a discount to those who rent for 8 weeks or
more. Please e-mail with your needs and we will promptly quote a
price.

Additional fees may apply for pets.

The above rates do not include a 11.5% sales & resort tax and one
time departure cleaning fee of $100.00.* In addition there is a
refundable security deposit of $150 to $250 depending upon length of
stay.
