If you are looking for a Romantic getaway, a Honeymoon Haven, a
place for the family to have fun, or simply peace, quiet & beauty you
have found it.
This charming, 1500+ sq.ft., cedar home has two levels with new
furnishings from futons to linens & internet access is available via
phone line.
The main level has a large, master bedroom with its own full
bath and King Size Pillow Top Bed. Sliding glass doors lead to a
covered deck, where you can enjoy sunrise over the Smokies, while
sipping freshly brewed coffee on your double swing.
From there step through a second set of sliding glass doors
into the dining room where three large bay windows let you bring the
view inside.
The fully equipped kitchen has an eating bar with high back bar
stools and a phone for free local calls.
Get cozy in front of the (remote controlled) Gas Log, Stone
Fireplace while listening to music on satellite tv, or watching over
180 Dish channels or perhaps movies on the VCR. Some family movies,
reading materials and games are provided. Enjoy the futon which
converts into a full bed.
Step out of the front door & a double glider swing, with
cushions, is there for your pleasure. The gravel parking area will
support four+ vehicles. Walk a few feet & take the steps down to a
sloping back yard & garden area.
Back inside, open the gate at top of stairs and descend to the
lower level where a second master bedroom with full bath, awaits
you. Awake in the morning, on the KING-SIZE BED and watch the sun
rise through the second set of large bay windows.
On this level the family room, with a 2nd TV, has a very
comfortable futon which converts to a full bed. Walk out the door
onto another covered deck & relax on the oversized, hanging wooden
swing.
If you wish to do laundry the washer & dryer are in a room on
this level.
From each deck you can watch the birds, from eye level, fly
from tree to tree and view the Smokies as their background. Sitting
atop the tree line you can truly become in awe of the spectacular
view.
There are two roads leading to the Chalet, one is paved the
other gravel. A few minutes down the mountain and you are in
Historic Murphy, close to downtown where the folks are friendly &
happy. It can best be described as a modern day Mayberry with big
town conveniences like a Super Wal Mart, Lowes, quaint cafes, a
modern medical facility, shops, live theater, banks & so much more.

Pet fee $10 per day/ $50 week ...with prior pet approval
$150 reservation fee due within 5 days of Booking... Converts to
Damage/Security Fee upon check-in ... 1 night rental fee forfeited
for cancellations within 14 days of arrival date. All Deposits,
Rents, Pet Fees, & Cleaning Fees due a minimun of 21 days Prior to
Arrival.
