size bed and master bath with walk in closet and TV with VCR. The
guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and a seperate guest bathroom. A
seperate utility room is equipped with a new washer and dryer.
The condo also includes an eat-in kitchen that is fully stocked, a
den and a living room with new sleeper sofa and loveseat.
The condo includes two TV's with cable, a VCR, DVD player, 2 phones,
answering machine, ceiling fans, new carpets, new tiled floors in
the kitchen and lanai.
