Cabarete Beach Front Paradise in Dominican Republic

Get away from the over crowded large scale hotels that lack a
personal touch and stay with us at our guest house located in
Cabarete on the fabulous North Coast of the Dominican Republic. We
are minutes away from Cabarete's action packed town center and a
short drive from the snorkeling paradise in Sosua.

If you're looking for an active vacation destination, there are a
host of activities to do and many sights to see here on the North
Coast of the Dominican Republic. If you're looking for the perfect
place to just relax and take advantage of the sun, sea, and sand
then you've found it at The Caribbean Guest house, a serene Villa on
the beach.

The villa currently has 6 hotel like rooms with an attached
bathroom for each room.  Three of the rooms are located
on the second level of the house which includes a large common
area/living room. There are 3 rooms on the ground level.  Plus the third room on the ground level has a joining room with 2 twins for children.

We have a swimming pool, a large outdoor dining area and bar, a
separate large beach cabaña area with a pool table and comfortable
seating that can accommodate many people, a private sun deck, and
private beach access. We have a great kitchen with a chef whose menu offerings include breakfast, lunch and dinner at an extra cost. The kitchen is all ours when you rent the house and our chef will stay on upon your request.  You will find many great restaurants and a fabulous selection of local nightlife in nearby Cabarete as well.

Our rates vary: Each room sleeps 2 people with a private attached bath, we have 3 rooms with King size beds, 3 rooms with queen size beds and one of these rooms has an attached room with a full size bed.  There are also 2 twin beds for kids in the great room.

June 1 to September 1st.

The entire house rents for $400 per night, you can also rent just the upper level of the house which has 3 bedrooms for $250 per night (discounted). These are summer season rates.

January 6 to May 31st

High Season rate is the entire house on a nightly basis is $450 weeknight -$500.00 per night weekends depending on how many people. 

September, October, November

Fall rates for September, October and November, save big and rent the entire house for a month for $7000 per month. This is an excellent price for right on the beach in cabarete!! The North shore of the Dominican Republic is the safest spot in the caribbean during hurricane season, we have only had two tropical storms in 150 years on that side of the island, when Sandy passed by out to see we had some rain and that was it, nothing major. Don't go to Florida during this time of year come to Cabarete! 

December 15 to January 5

This is our holiday season and the busy time of year for our villa, please contact us for rates. 

All Reservations require a deposit. Which can be paid via paypal, direct depsoit into our business account at Bank of America. We also can accept Visa/Matercard/Discover. The balance is due at least 30 days prior to your arrival.  

In order to recieve a refund of amounts paid in addition to deposit, you MUST cancel 60 days in advance.  We will refund in full any amount over the deposit paid, however the deposit is non-refundable.  Should you cancel your reservation, your deposit can be applied to a future vacation date, up to one year from the orginal date.
