Vacation Rental Description

Welcome to Colors of Bay Mar, Fort Myers Beach, Florida.  This 
elegant 3 bedroom + loft 2 1/2 bath, air conditioned home was built 
in 1992,  
With a total of 3468 sq.ft., you'll find  views of the Gulf of 
Mexico, a brand new in ground pool sporting a dazzling display of 
lite for your evening delight.

With a large wrap around upper deck,  living room, kitchen,and 
dining room,with plenty of space for your family and guests to 
spread out, relax and enjoy the vacation.  There is two car 
parking 
and laundry facilities for your convenience.

The great room is light and airy with cathedral ceilings.  fabulous 
views of the Gulf of Mexico.  Sit out on the front or side
deck enjoy your dinner cooked on the grill. The dining room, 
breakfast bar and fully equipped kitchen, all with  views of the
Gulf of Mexico.

 We have installed high speed internet available for those who want 
to work or surf the web.

The master suite has a queen sized bed and it's own private 
bath with his and her sinks, toilet,whirlpool tub and shower area.  
The second guest bedroom also has a queen sized bed, while the third 
bedroom has twin beds.  There is also a loft with a queen sized 
sleeper sofa for additional sleeping accommodations.

the beach is directly across the street from the house, and is less 
than a one minute walk from the 
front door.

Located 2 miles from the North end of Fort Myers Beach, in a quiet
neighborhood, you'll be close to all the action of Times Square. 
 Restaurants and shops are within walking distance from the
house.  Enjoy one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida where you
can swim with dolphins and manatees or search for shells and sand
dollars.  Charter boats, jet skis and para sailing rentals are within
walking distance.  Take the trolley to Times Square or Bonita 
Springs.  Enjoy a day or night out on the Casino boat.  Take the Key
West Ferry to Key West for a day visit.  Charter a deep sea fishing
boat trip or catch some of the local artists at one of the many beach
bars.


Please note that our home is a nonsmoking home and is also a pet free
home.  We do not allow any types of animals/pets to be present on our
property at any time.  Smoking is permitted outdoors as long as buts 
are not left behind.

Vacation Rental Amenities

In ground pool, phones, air conditioning, cable TV's, full kitchen,
microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher, cooking utensils provided, high 
speed internet, linens provided, washer and dryer, private pool, 
.  Pets not allowed.  Smoking prohibited in the 
house.

professional baseball and hockey

NOTE  SATURDAY is check OUT by 10:AM and Check IN by 4:PM
Add 11% Florida Sales Tax $150. cleaning fee a $500.00 refundable
security deposit is required to book the home.
Rates include all utilities  
Arrival and departure days of the week are flexible to suit your
vacation schedule off season only.
