beautiful fall, winter and spring mountain views. Secluded, yet the
cozy Waterfall Cottage is only fifteen minutes from Asheville and
the Biltmore Estate. A five minute drive will zip you to the
grocery store.

With three attractive bedrooms, two baths, and a private den with a
pull out full size bed, quality sheets, comforters, and blankets
await your good nights rest. Put your feet up on the front porch,
watch the waterfall from the deck, enjoy the fireplace, or meander
the footbridge and pathways that weave through the two streams and
the waterfall. You may see deer and wild turkeys!

Newly decorated with original paintings and North Carolina pottery,
you will find this hideaway luxurious and comfortable. The fully
equipped kitchen has new appliances, a breakfast bar and dining area
that will be a great place for friends and family. Step outside on
the deck to grill your dinner. The large master suite has a desk, a
bathroom with a jet tub and shower. Also included:

You are a ten minute ride from the Blue Ridge Parkway and hundreds
of hiking trails. Bent Creek Park is heaven for hikers, mountain
bikers, and swimmers. Kyacking, golf, and skiing are available in
the Asheville area. Performances and concerts are plentiful.

Asheville is a shopping haven. Meander dozens of galleries, book
stores, antique stores, etc. Restaurants are diverse and of
excellent quality. The Cottage has a notebook for you with menus.

Historic Black Mountain is ten minutes away. Or just go sit on the
small island and listen to the peacefullness and birdsong and the
waterfall.

Low Season: (Jan - Mar): $185 per night, $1125 per week, $2200 per
month (Two night minimum)

High Season: (Apr - Dec): $1,300 week, $195 per night (Sat-Sat
rentals preferred druing peak summer months.) Inquire for reduced
monthly rates!

6.75% NC Sales tax, $85 cleaning fee
