Vacation Rental Description

4 Bedroom 3 bath luxury direct oceanfront townhouse with garage on 
world famous cocoa beach!  3 levels of direct ocean views from every 
room.  2600 square feet of direct ocean views. Newly remodeled in 
January 2007! New carpet, new wood floors and remodeled bathrooms 
and new furniture.oceanfront master bedroom! Brand new hurricane 
proof oceanfront balcony!   There is a gourmet kitchen - complete 
with jenn-air grill, microwave and convection oven with bar and 
dining room. There are 2 oceanfront bedrooms upstairs and the 
livingroom downstairs is oceanfront, as well as the oceanfront 
breakfast area. Upstairs there is an extensive library, washer and 
dryer and two remodeled bathrooms with 2 oceanfront bedrooms and 1 
other bedroom.  In the community - the pool is gated,the beach is 
gated - private and there is shuffle board and tennis courts with 
barebecue grill and picnic tables.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The kitchen is spacious - complete with all pots and pans and 
appliances needed to cook a gourmet meal.  There is a tv in every 
room. There is a bathroom downstairs and 2 upstairs, complete with 
an old fashion tub.  There are 2 couches that open up to hide a beds 
for extra sleeping. Downstairs in the closet you have beach chairs.  
There are beach towels, bath towels and all the linens you need. 
There is free wi-fi.
There is a charcoal barebecue grill up front by the shuffleboard for 
your use.

Activities and Attractions

Kennedy Space Center is 20 minutes away. Disneyworld is 50 minutes 
away. Ron Jons Surf shop is 10 minutes away.  The Cocoa Beach pier 
is 5 minutes away. Pt Canaveral is 10 minutes away.  Orlando is 35 
minutes away.  The Merritt Island Mall is 10 minutes away.  The 
Orlando airport is 35 minutes away.

Vacation Rental Rates

3000.00 per week - $5000.00 per month.  $100.00 - $300.00 
damage deposit depending on length of stay.  No refunds on 
cancellations.  The amount of damage deposit is the amount required 
to reserve the house with the balance due 10 days before arrival. 
Shorter stays than 1 week may be negoitable depending on 
availability. If anything is lost, stolen or broken, or the condo is 
not kept clean, you will lose your deposit.
